2016 TRD Tacoma flat tire replaced My service adviser Luis was great! Although I had to have the tire replaced due to a screw embedded too close to the tire sidewall, I was given great service and a competitively priced replacement tire was installed. They even rotated my tires and completed an oil change (since I was close to 5k miles and it was due) while I was there. This saved me time by not having multiple trips. Airbag recall The recall service went great. It was actually completed in less time than I was told. Nancy Goodwin took awesome care of me and my vehicle throughout the process. They even gave my truck a much deserved washing.

Didn't Miss A Beat...! I needed to take my 4-Runner in for a Zaktek Paint Protection treatment but our trusted long-time Service Advisor, Nancy Goodwin, was out of the office for some well-deserved time off. I had not worked with Heather Fuller but she was great, handling everything efficiently and professionally. My 4-Runner was serviced as needed and was ready on time.
