I truly have been blessed to arrive at VASONA CREEK HEALTH CARE after my leg was amputated. They are built on the beauty of caring for those in need. Each day taking you to a new place with amazing nursing, and activities. There for all those in need. Whether it be medication or conversation. Truly a family based environment. We sincerely appreciated the care our friend has received here so he has been a return patient HOWEVER! We paid our bill but kept receiving requests to pay anyway. That is an honest error. THEN they sent the bill to a credit collection department. ALTHOUGH WE HAD ALREADY PAID AND THEIR RECORDS WERE WRONG. So we paid the credit company (THUS PAID TWICE!) and tried MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE times with several different employees at Vasona, always having to re-explain our issue. My mum has been there twice... once in 2021 and just last month -One of the best places EVER in taking care of my 85 year old mum after she had a serious fall! ENTIRE staff is so kind and so knowledgable- felt like family! The place is so clean and cozy- food is delicious - my mum is a vegetarian and they always served her a delicious and nutritious meals 3 times a day.... Recently had my dad here after a hip surgery. The physical therapy team got him to work the following day and let me sit in on his exercise. I def recommend this to anyone needing physical therapy after a hospital stay!

I cannot say enough good things about Issy at Vasona Creek. She is the definition of professionalism and compassion. As an only child navigating the complex and emotional process of caring for my aging mother, Issy has been an incredible guide and support. She helped me work through some very tough and uncomfortable issues with grace, patience, and clarity. Our dad stayed at Vasona for few weeks after her surger in March. Staff are nothing but helpful and amazing specially the CNA's and therapist. Our family was just concerns regarding the facility safety issue. We have observed numerous. Uniformed staff in different days and times entering and exiting the premises through a window which I believe poses significant safety risks to the residents. My friend is currently at Vasona Creek and I am very impressed with the care she is receiving It is very clean Care providers are professional and nice She is being fed well and getting regular PT and they help make sure she's dressed and ready for her transportation to Kaiser for doctor appointments

Overall this is a great facility, at first i had my apprehensions about coming to a rehab facility. But at the moment they put me in here I knew it was a good facility because of its cleanliness. The moment I walk out of the room the nurses and administration have been over the top with helping me. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me. Started aquatic therapy last week, Scott is very proactive and helpful so is Cristine on our first meeting. My therapy usually take place at the small pool and today after finishing went into shower to clean myself just to find out how disgusting and unhealthy the shower area lock like it. Hope management read this review and take action ASAP
