My father was referred here by the hospital team at Good Samaritan Hospital. We were told that they are part of the hospital chosen partners. The staff has been very accommodating and have listened to all of our concerns regarding past experience with other facilities. The doctors visits regularly, almost on a daily basis along with the nurse case managers. I am currently staying here at Vasona Creek the amount of care I have received from the staff is amazing. I want to thank the social services team they are on top of everything. My appointments and every issue has been issued by them. I am very grateful to Yami she's very kind and she's very sufficient. Overall I thank the staff my stay here has been pleasant.

The best part of Vasona Creek is the front desk receptionist (Yami Villalobos). She always had a smile on her face, especially as she greeted people coming into the establishment. I could tell instantly and by her actions she genially cared about the patients by doing the right thing all the time. My visit to Vasona healthcare Center was a great experience there. physical therapy was the best ,I had fallen and cracked my pelvic. It was a very painful fall, but in three weeks I was up and ready to go home. The physical therapist are good and attending to my needs the help there was great. The food was OK but the nurses and help best that I've ever had and this was my first. Time in a health care center great. Experience
