Vasona Creek Healthcare Center has done an excellent job taking care of my uncle. We drove to Los Gatos from Roseville to see him this weekend. Christian, in the front, greeted us immediately. We visited with my uncle by the water fountain. It was a very peaceful area. Thank you Christian and Vasona!

I was reluctant to send my aunt to a nursing facility. A Good Samaritan hospital case manager referred us to Vasona Creek nursing home for her hip recovery. The rehab team did such an excellent job getting her back on her feet. She went home two weeks later. Thank you to Doug and Doug's therapy team!!

I would recommend Vasona Creek to any family looking to find a center right for their loved one. They treated my mother with the care during her stay. She felt comfortable and safe which is HUGE! The staffing is top notch starting from the Director of Administration Lolita, to the Patient Case Manager Ezekiel, including front staff Emily answering the phones. The nursing and rehabilitation staff are always ready to help and compassionate. They took very good care of my mother.

VASONA CREEK ROCKS!!!! My father spent a few weeks of rehab at Vasona Creek recently and we had a wonderful experience. I was very nervous at first but after meeting with Brett the Administrator I felt better that my Dad was in great hands. The staff called and kept me informed of his progress. Everyone we encountered during my Dads stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Vasona Creek to anyone needing therapy. Thanks again for a great experience.

Absolutely loved the communication I received from the team when my loved one made a quick pit stop here. Special shout out to the Director of Nursing,Tanya, and Administrator, Brett, for making sure the facility is up to date with all policies regarding Covid-19. It's especially scary during this time to leave a loved one in a facility but felt super reassured by them. Loved what activities had to offer as well (thanks so much for making sure nobody is bored Juanita!) Thank you so much for all your hard work!!

My 89 year old father in law is receiving great care here after having complete shoulder replacement surgery two months ago! He's been here under quarantine for 6 weeks now and I see the staff caring for him quite lovingly. Good work folks And thank you!

As a care coordinator for All Seasons Homecare, it is my job to work with skilled nursing facilities to help coordinate a safe discharge home with caregivers. Working with the entire team through the care planing process is extremely professional and smooth. The entire staff are highly qualified and compassionate.
