We found the staff at Vasona Creek to be caring and hard working. My husband was there for about a month. He liked the kind staff and hard working nurses. We appreciated all their care and help. Thank you Izzy, Courtney, Adel, and all the wonderful nurses and doctors. They took every precaution to make sure that their patients are not exposed to Corona Virus. Thank you

i been here at the nursing home home for a month and the ataff here have been the greatest help and rehabilitation has been wonderful process ,they were very patient with me ,and the administration team Jordan and Alyssa were the perfect host ,by helping me theu the whole process and making sure all my needs were met, i really appreciate each and everything they have done for me im thankful to have been here, and would recommend this place to anyone .

My father was recently discharged from Vasona Creek,he was hospitalized at GSH prior. The staff there was exceptional,even though this pandemic prevented us from seeing him,Juanita from activities made it possible through facetime! The team in social services including Courtney who was Great !! & Ezekiel who was super helpful and resourceful,reassured me and my family that my father was going to be okay. My elderly father just got discharged from Vasona Creek Healthcare Center after recovering from major surgery. The care he received there was outstanding. I specifically want to highlight the care he received from the nurses Ruth Ann and Jyasmin at station 2 on the second floor. Staff are caring, but very busy at most times. The facility is clean and cheerful with plenty of parking. The food varies from very good to OK. There can be a problem reaching someone at the main number after regular business hours. In addition, the facility is in a cellphone "dead zone." You might be able to get a signal in the parking lot but within the building, it is nearly impossible. If you need phone access, ask them to put in a landline for your family member. Toured Vasona Creek on Friday for placement for a loved one. I could not be more impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff was to my husband and I. It's been a rough couple of weeks trying to find the perfect facility for our loved one, but this facility made the decision so much more easier. A great place for short or Long term stay.. Situated in a nice country like setting nestled along Los Gatos Blvd in the Town of Los Gatos. I do hope the workers here enjoy their job, unlikev. Not some others in other locales that only do it for the money. If I do notice this, I will update my review.

From the moment my dad arrived from Kaiser his experience was wonderful. The goal was to prepare him for surgery. The entire staff was onboard. Great PT and addressed all his needs. Hoping to return to improve his strength and stamina before going home now that he has had his surgery! The facility has a positive feeling..the staff seems happy to be there!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE VASONA! They took real good care of my family member this past month and helped him get back to his prior state. He is now home and doing better than ever. I will definitely recommend this skilled nursing to all my loved ones needing care.
