Toured Vasona Creek on Friday for placement for a loved one. I could not be more impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff was to my husband and I. It's been a rough couple of weeks trying to find the perfect facility for our loved one, but this facility made the decision so much more easier. A great place for short or Long term stay.. Situated in a nice country like setting nestled along Los Gatos Blvd in the Town of Los Gatos. I do hope the workers here enjoy their job, unlikev. Not some others in other locales that only do it for the money. If I do notice this, I will update my review.

From the moment my dad arrived from Kaiser his experience was wonderful. The goal was to prepare him for surgery. The entire staff was onboard. Great PT and addressed all his needs. Hoping to return to improve his strength and stamina before going home now that he has had his surgery! The facility has a positive feeling..the staff seems happy to be there!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE VASONA! They took real good care of my family member this past month and helped him get back to his prior state. He is now home and doing better than ever. I will definitely recommend this skilled nursing to all my loved ones needing care.

My aunt was placed here after going home since she wasn't ready for home yet. What a nightmare at home. I am very grateful for her coming to Vasona Creek. Its taken a huge burden off of our family. I've been visiting there early this week. The receptionist was very helpful and helped answer all my questions. Her benefit takes care of the stay so it's no cost to us. Appreciate Doug in helping us understand her rehabilitation plan. We have a big family so one of us is there to help with care daily.

Came here to look for a suitable place to help my grandpa recover from his hip surgery. After touring many places and not being impressed Vasona Creek was recommended to us by a neighbor who recently had her mother here. She told us how great they took care of her mom and we wanted to come check it out. Two things -- first, my boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident and his doctors said he probably wouldn't be weight bearing for 3-4 weeks. He had gotten out of kaiser in a week, and stayed at vasona for about a week. He discharged way earlier than expected because the rehab team did such a fantastic job. He was able to walk up stairs in 5 days. Also, this is one of the only facilities that accepted his case because he is so young. Vasona creek is an amazing Facility. I would recommend to anyone looking for the best rehab in the area. The staff is always smiling. Very inviting environment!

This place is nice, clean and very professional. My mom stays here and she is very happy with it. I am not sure why some people gave this place negative reviews. You need to check this place out if you're looking for a place to care for your elders.
