My aunt was placed here after going home since she wasn't ready for home yet. What a nightmare at home. I am very grateful for her coming to Vasona Creek. Its taken a huge burden off of our family. I've been visiting there early this week. The receptionist was very helpful and helped answer all my questions. Her benefit takes care of the stay so it's no cost to us. Appreciate Doug in helping us understand her rehabilitation plan. We have a big family so one of us is there to help with care daily.

Came here to look for a suitable place to help my grandpa recover from his hip surgery. After touring many places and not being impressed Vasona Creek was recommended to us by a neighbor who recently had her mother here. She told us how great they took care of her mom and we wanted to come check it out. Two things -- first, my boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident and his doctors said he probably wouldn't be weight bearing for 3-4 weeks. He had gotten out of kaiser in a week, and stayed at vasona for about a week. He discharged way earlier than expected because the rehab team did such a fantastic job. Vasona creek is an amazing Facility. I would recommend to anyone looking for the best rehab in the area. The staff is always smiling. Very inviting environment!

This place is nice, clean and very professional. My mom stays here and she is very happy with it. I am not sure why some people gave this place negative reviews. You need to check this place out if you're looking for a place to care for your elders.

Vasona Creek has the best physical and occupational therapy in the South Valley. The teams are superb. The nurses are excellent, too: caring and aware of each patient's needs. However, the facility itself is a mess: it badly needs a complete remodeling - it looks like a set from Gone With The Wind. Also, the rooms are overcrowded and they allow too many visitors to pile up in a room. However, the quality of the care is so superior that it is worth the few annoyances.

I had a major back operation and went to VCH for 10 days. They had great nurses and assistant personnel. The rehabilitation was top notch. Thanks VCH for all the help!!!!!!

The idea of bringing your loved one to a skilled nursing home is always a challenging one, but I am so glad I stopped by and toured Vasona Creek. As soon as I stepped into the facility, I was immediately greeted "welcome to Vasona creek". This made me feel recognized and special, as this was carried throughout the entire facility. My loved one loves gardening so the neatness of the front by the fountain was a plus and well kept. When I toured I was greeted at least 5 times during the whole tour. Had an great experience here. I have been going to many places for my treat, and this place is best. It is very nice, and clean which one I care the most. The environment here makes me so comfy and cozy. I love to go this place on my day off, all the stressful will be out of your mind from the therapists. Thanks to make this place is awesome.
