The best part of Vasona Creek is the front desk receptionist (Yami Villalobos). She always had a smile on her face, especially as she greeted people coming into the establishment. I could tell instantly and by her actions she genially cared about the patients by doing the right thing all the time. My visit to Vasona healthcare Center was a great experience there. physical therapy was the best ,I had fallen and cracked my pelvic. It was a very painful fall, but in three weeks I was up and ready to go home. The physical therapist are good and attending to my needs the help there was great. The food was OK but the nurses and help best that I've ever had and this was my first. Time in a health care center great. Experience

I was very nervous to have my mom stay in a skilled nursing facility. I toured a few facilities but the customer service at Vasona Creek was excellent. They were very responsive and Archie answered all of my questions and put me at ease. When my mom arrived he took time out to visit with her and see what her needs were. The nurses were great and the physical therapy team was phenomenal is getting my mom walking more confidently again. The cna's were the stars. My mom had fallen and my family went through a lot before sending her to this facility. They have great skilled nursing and my mom didnt complain once! I high recommend this facility for your elderly family members. Great service and I am just amazed on how happy my mom on her journey here.

My family and I wish to thank the caregivers here, especially Candiss and Glenda and the social worker Imelda. They are angels here on earth who took the most wonderful care of my husband while he was here for hospice care. Everyone was extremely understanding of our situation and so supportive. Near the end of his life they made sure he had a private room so that we could have several family members there even after regular visiting hours ended and Candiss even brought my daughters and I ice cream and tea the last night he ... read more

I cannot thank enough Vasona Creek Helathcare Center for taking care of my mom who went there from Good Samaritan Hospital needing physical and occupational therapy and nurisng care. The staffs have shown tender, loving and care to my mom. The soothing music and very beautiful lobby area is very peaceful for healing just sitting wiht my mom there. Appreciated the management team. Welcomed with warm energy and genuine staff eager to help. Also loved the live band during Saint Patrick's day, added a nice light to the atmosphere.
