I was very nervous to have my mom stay in a skilled nursing facility. I toured a few facilities but the customer service at Vasona Creek was excellent. They were very responsive and Archie answered all of my questions and put me at ease. When my mom arrived he took time out to visit with her and see what her needs were. The nurses were great and the physical therapy team was phenomenal is getting my mom walking more confidently again. The cna's were the stars. My mom had fallen and my family went through a lot before sending her to this facility. They have great skilled nursing and my mom didnt complain once! I high recommend this facility for your elderly family members. Great service and I am just amazed on how happy my mom on her journey here.

My family and I wish to thank the caregivers here, especially Candiss and Glenda and the social worker Imelda. They are angels here on earth who took the most wonderful care of my husband while he was here for hospice care. Everyone was extremely understanding of our situation and so supportive. I cannot thank enough Vasona Creek Helathcare Center for taking care of my mom who went there from Good Samaritan Hospital needing physical and occupational therapy and nurisng care. The staffs have shown tender, loving and care to my mom. The soothing music and very beautiful lobby area is very peaceful for healing just sitting wiht my mom there. Appreciated the management team. Welcomed with warm energy and genuine staff eager to help. Also loved the live band during Saint Patrick's day, added a nice light to the atmosphere.

The staff at Vasona Creek is professional and patient oriented. In particular, Markos, CNA, has been caring, kind and exceptional at his work. He anticipates patients' needs. He makes a positive difference in patient's lives.

Vasona Creek provided excellent care to our dad after his recovery from a hospital ICU stay. All the nurses, doctors, and staff are caring and responsive. We especially appreciate the help from Grace Hill (Social Services) in resolving a billing issue with the ambulance company. Thanks!

My dad was at Vasona Creek for just over 3 years before he passed on. I was able to get up there regularly the first year before covid messed things up. As far as I can tell he was always well cared for, although not being able to get up there I couldn't see much first hand. Their communication was okay, and they sent out regular robocalls updating on covid status.
