My father stayed at Vasona Creek Healthcare for rehab, and we were impressed with the care he received. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the physical therapy program was great. He made significant progress thanks to the dedicated therapists. Overall, I highly recommend Vasona Creek for anyone needing skilled nursing w/therapy services.

To start off i wanna say how much I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff that work at this facility. I walked in very confused and oblivious to how the process was going to go, but the very welcoming receptionist Nicholas was extremely helpful in helping me feel comfortable and trusting that my grandma was being well taken care of. I appreciate the care I received at Vasona, especially from most nurses and most aides. Among the outstanding professional nurses Adrienne Rodriguez was the most professional and efficient. Among the very hardworking and on call CNAs hats off to Yeniper Robayo and Lea Ortega who can be counted on for a kind word and a smile while doing some not so pleasant work. If you have to be in a SNF, Vasona Creek is a good place to go. They were caring, clean, responsive, and respectful! Under very hard circumstances, trying to look after all the different needs of a lot of recovering patients, they do a wonderful job.

My review is for Director of admissions Willie Vasquez. He was my main point of contact throughout the whole process. He handled the whole process with efficiency and care. He was also very professional and approachable. Compared to other places I have tried for my grandmother, Vasona Creek Healthcare is standard.
