Problems with Product/Service Hi, I am filing a complaint because there is an issue with the moisture in the bathroom that is causing water to build up on the wall and it's running down the wall and causing the paint to drip and come off. Problems with Product/Service Let me start off by saying that this is a very inconsiderate company to rent from! When I leased this home, I was 7 months pregnant. I ended having my baby 6 weeks early. I communicated this to the company. The intake service stated that everything would be okay, and they will not put me out. Problems with Product/Service Sunday 13th, I had put in a service request to have AC unit fixed because it when out. They informed me that they would have someone out as soon as possible. We are in an excessive heat wave. Monday 14th, I left the house for the day to get things done and wait for a call for someone to come fix the AC unit. Problems with Product/Service Regarding a series of distressing issues that have left me and my family in an untenable situation. Since February 2022, when water damage occurred in our rented unit which was raw sewage, we have been grappling with a hazardous black mold infestation that VineBrook has consistently failed to address. Problems with Product/Service The property at **** ******* ******, Pittsburgh, 15204 is owned by Vinebrook Homes. It is rental unit. Wednesday, August 9 there were branches from a tree located in the corner of that property that came down on my property. The branches also pulled out the electric power line to the property at **** ******* ******. Duquesne Light came and restored the power to that property. Problems with Product/Service They evicted me and lie about there maintenance man working wit the company anymore after he was saying sexual harassment things to me and now they don’t want to pay my security deposit back and my unit flooded and it took the 7 days to come out to my unit I had to move out for a whole month and leave wit my mother and many more things And I paid them $2804.67 to move in and now they not trying to answer my calls or emails
Billing/Collection Issues My rent is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period of the 5th being the last day of making a payment on time. I guess my confusion comes in with the late fee payment being applied on the 5th, I understand the late fee being applied if a payment had not been paid by 11:59pm on the 5th but that wasn't the case, I've noticed that twice I was charged a late fee on the 5th and once on the 6th. I'm just trying to understand. I feel like I'm being over charged.
Problems with Product/Service Friday July 14/2023 there was a storm and a branch fell on my roof in my kitchen and made my kitchen ceiling collapse. Now there is three holes in my kitchen ceiling. I called the landlord and I spoke to someone from customer service and she would pass my information along.
