Problems with Product/Service They evicted me and lie about there maintenance man working wit the company anymore after he was saying sexual harassment things to me and now they don’t want to pay my security deposit back and my unit flooded and it took the 7 days to come out to my unit I had to move out for a whole month and leave wit my mother and many more things And I paid them $2804.67 to move in and now they not trying to answer my calls or emails
Billing/Collection Issues My rent is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period of the 5th being the last day of making a payment on time. I guess my confusion comes in with the late fee payment being applied on the 5th, I understand the late fee being applied if a payment had not been paid by 11:59pm on the 5th but that wasn't the case, I've noticed that twice I was charged a late fee on the 5th and once on the 6th. I'm just trying to understand. I feel like I'm being over charged.
Problems with Product/Service Friday July 14/2023 there was a storm and a branch fell on my roof in my kitchen and made my kitchen ceiling collapse. Now there is three holes in my kitchen ceiling. I called the landlord and I spoke to someone from customer service and she would pass my information along. They sent out a contractor and they stated that I need a new roof, the landlord sent another contractor out and they said the same thing that I needed a new roof. Problems with Product/Service On Tuesday July 25th, 2023 I received my keys to a home on 1**** ****** **** ********** ** *****. I visited the home multiple times that week to look at what needed to be repaired and where interior items would go. I saw no roaches, except I opened the refrigerator to see several bugs that were roaches and did not know it at the time. I thought, well okay I will clean the fridge out. Billing/Collection Issues Prior to applying for a house on their website. I called and verified that they accepted the Section 8 vouchers for there properties. The lady answered Yes, they do and told me it explains it also on their page. I then applied for one of their Westerville properties ( The house was added on my application & $50 fee). In which, later I was approved but told Westerville homes don’t accept my voucher! I asked for my money back. They said No and instead get a home in Columbus! This company has swindled ... read more
Problems with Product/Service I filed a work order on July 8th about my broken air conditioner. On July 15th a maintenance supervisor came out and said I need a new unit my compressor is going out and he did a hard start to temporarily fix the no ac problem. Problems with Product/Service On 6/16/2023 I paid $1767.50 to move into the houe on *** *********** ***We started moving on 6/17/2023 and slept at the hone that night. Problems with Product/Service I am a tenant renting a home with Vinebrook. I put in a work order May 16, 2023 for lower level flooding with rain. There a mold/mildew odor and now mold growing on the kitchen ceiling. I have paid my rent late and refuse to pay late fees due to my lower level flooding.
