The app is great for receiving calls out of the office. The voicemails section has a bug that will randomly show no messages when you in fact DO have messages and then when the messages actually show up and when you press play you can’t hear the messages! Please fix!!! I have to go on my computer and download the .wav file to hear it 🤨
I have been waiting for over two weeks close to a month to port my number. They have fallen down on the job on this one. No home phone since 6/21. Now 7/12. Bad business. Telephone operators all in the Phillapenes ( sp). They have no clue! Very bad support. 453654321
I’ve had Vonage for 15 years and started using the Extensions app when it first came out. It worked well, no problems until I upgraded my phone. Now the app doesn’t work. I can’t log-in because it says my home phone (my Vonage number) is invalid. I called support and they were unable to resolve the problem - she told me to try logging on later! I’ve emailed support but no reply and it’s been a week. Disappointed because this app worked very well for me.
Once the password changes it does not work. No matter what you you cannot login to it with new password. Removing number from vonage account and reconfiguring does not help either. This app is full of bugs.
I would give it 5 stars if I could reject a call when it is ringing. All you can do is slide to answer or mute the ringer. Would also like it to pop up on my Apple Watch as a call so I could mute or reject from there.
Unlike Vonage’s other app, this one can’t handle a comma for a pause and then more digits. It would be amazing to be able to save a conference call number with a pause and then the PIN to dial-in with one touch.
Most of the times on the international call the receiver doesn't hear my voice. I am really tired of this. Will have to unregistered from Vonage very soon.
It has been a crazy month of using Vonage. It hangs and needs a hard reset of the phone each time you wanna make a call. It still does.
I’ve had Vonage for many years and it has always performed well but the last 6 months it’s been very unpredictable. I use to get a phone call at my number and it would ring multiple times. Our cell phones would also show the number that was calling the house. Now it rings one time and goes to a voicemail that we never get to hear.
