Extremely Frustrating.. unpredictable. Drops calls every now and then. Just doesn't connect sometimes even though internet is very good and other apps work fine. Worst thing is you PAY for vonage so we really don't deserve such crappy service.. I am ready to switch to another options
With new iOS vonage app prompts with pop-up asking for cancel or call when any call is attempted.. earlier touching any number in directory used to work. Please remove this extra pop-up.

After upgrading to iOS 10.3 it pops a Vonage number that you need to select for the call to be placed. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
I was told that I could cancel at any time but that is not true. Well it is but you still have to pay the entire year. I was not told this. Go to magic jack. Much cheaper.
Since I've upgraded to iOS 10.3 I'm unable to make a straightforward extensions call. After dialing the international number to place a call, a pop up appears to call local number. Please assist.
When I'm in India Vonage Extension is not working on local mobile data . I have to use WIFI only . Can you pl do something as it is quite disappointing.
I use the Vonage Extensions app frequently. It crashes often. Takes 3 tries to call a single number. Very disappointing. Wish the app were more stable. It's so far ahead in the versioning but app is still buggy. Once u make a call the call stays up which is positive. ✅✅
