After years of service my patience has been exhausted. Cancelled it!
It used to be the #1 international calling app. But slowly it has downgraded and now Every time I use, there is always connection issues. I'm thinking to change.
Can someone at vonage fix this app to work on iPhone x. It's been several months I opened at support ticket with vonage and no response yet.
App is abandonware. Still beats TMobile Digits though. The voicemail section of the app is SLOW. When you try to pull up a voicemail it takes at least 10 seconds to play. Often when deleting a voicemail the app crashes. The call forwarding feature functions well but this app desperately needs an update.
Too many scam calls
This app is NOT compatible with ios 11 or the iPhone X. It’s now completely useless.
You cannot dismiss calls. Meaning as long as its ringing your phone is not usable for any other purpose. I have missed many turns driving because it will not let me access my gps until it is done ringing
After Apple went iOS11 EXTENSIONS is no longer in Alpha numerical order!!! Called Vonage Aeveral Times, THEY DO NOT CARE! 80% of calls to Cebu Philippines are not making it through; I pay $29 for 3000 minutes in Globe and network Quality is extremely degraded in las 6-months (way too-many Filipino Subscribers). The app freezes if I switch between the phone app and Vonage to make a call and come back. I have to kill the app and restart it.
