Hello! I can launch the app, type in my mobile number, then tcontinue to confirm my mobile number. Then I’m stuck with register, validation, a non working next button and account validation view controller. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app many times with the same results. I just signed up with vonage. I’m tired of foreign nationals. Would like to interact with US people. May close account and send everything back. Jim
Calls getting disconnected frequently in less than a minute. This issue is happening most of the time. This makes it difficult to use.
Does not work with Apple Watch which is very, very frustrating!!
Since my last update few weeks back, contacts not coming in order in Vonage extension app, that is a huge problem. i even called their support and they can’t do anything about it and can’t even report to their advanced team.
I have 132 apps in my phone as I am writing this. Vonage service is good, but this is the most ridiculous app in my phone.
I’ve started hating Vonage extensions app. Calls dropping in between. When connecting I can’t hear anything sometimes even though call is connected. I’m done with Vonage soon. Good luck!!
