After the app was updated for iPhone 6 paste option isn't available. Update: Paste works fine now but there's one other problem that I have been having for months together now. Call gets dropped within a minute of enabling speaker option. Could tech support please take a look at this and fix it asap.
App is messed up. Will not let me log into it. Even when I start all over setting a new pw that I login with no problems to the site. Not worth it. Just a headache.
I try to log in but keeps saying I entered wrong password. I even went on website and changed password just to be sure and it STILL won't accept it!
Terrible app. If you change vonage password, this app will never accept the new one. Will keep complaining about incorrect login credentials. Only workaround is to delete the app and reinstall and start over.
App keeps logging me out everytime for no good reason.
I have had vonage since 2006 and used this app as soon as it was available. I cannot make international calls since upgrading my iPhone iOS to 10.3. After dialing, the app 'suggests' to call a local number instead. This app is no longer usable as a result. I've tried removing and re-registering and all sorts of other things without luck. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
What is this stupid update? Dial a number and wait for a popup to call again, when using cellular data? The previous versions used to be so much better of service!!
But speaker phone options keeps turning off again and again while dialing a call!
