The app continually drops calls in a matter of mins regardless if I’m on WiFi or data. It just goes blank
Hi, This app is not too bad. I’m a blind person who uses VoiceOver which is in accessibility feature through the iPhone. However, I do have trouble making calls with automated systems. When I make a call, I am prompted to press one for English but the only thing I hear on the extensions app is: in call view. If I want to make a call that does not require an automated system, that is not a problem. Like I said, this app is not too bad considering. Eva

While on call with someone, the speaker option never works. If you enable it once, you can never disable it again & the other way round.
Had this app for awhile and unfortunately every call made or received has failed. Even on top tier wi-fi systems. LTE has never worked either for me on 2 different iPhones. I work in a professional IT environment and why this doesn’t work is beyond me. I have to agree with other reviewers on junk & robocalls, way too many to the point i can’t block anymore. Not working on most hotel wifi networks. It requires Vonage specific settings on the firewall. This answer is verified with Vonage technical support ticket # 347-293-0770 Bad voice quality on cellular networks.
WiFi calling is bad even on a fast 50/10 Mbps line. The speaker option does not work!!
Vonage has to do a better job blocking telemarketers that get around the system. I get calls from this number and an unidentifiable name and I cannot stop it with Vonage functionality, not with the app nor with the gateway/web page.
Terrible app, rarely connects. I have to dial a number like 5-10 times and HOPE it connects.
