Worst app that i have ever seen. Call drops in a few mins.
From past few weeks, regular Connectivity issues or will not connect at all and what not... Do something about... USA to India
Latest update is awful. Only works over wifi. NEVER works on cell. No one can here me unless I use the speaker option. It no longer pops up on your screen. Only works through cell phone... Can't tell who is calling... uninstalling... never use again unless fixed.
Incoming calls randomly decide to ring or not. I called vonage support & they were like "uh it happens... turn incoming calls on and off" which now i have to do every 15 minutes or so to make sure im not missing calls.
In the last week, every time I attempt to place a call using the extension, call fails. Unable to place any international calls, app prompts me to retry after receiving message that call failed, still unable to place call. Need to fix asap, not reliable at all.
I am using this app from last 4 years on Iphone5, but after I changed my phone to IPhone7 since then Loudspeaker not working properly on Iphone7
The quality of calls to the Dominican Republic are pretty bad. People on the other side cannot hear me, and sometimes I cannot hear anything.
I use this app to make international calls but after a minute it just start replaying the conversation from the beginning! The worst part is there isn't anyway you get to someone who can solve your problem even after hours on the phone and when it happens you are locked in a one year contract! So i don't recommend this app to anyone at least if you want to use it for international calls!
There is some issue because of which if you accidentally hover your hand over the front camera area during a call in speaker mode, the call mutes and voice doesn't get through from either end. Its a big nuisance. Its been a long time since iPhone 7 is out. Shouldn't this issue have been discovered and fixed by now.
