No wifi or 3G support . Makes very useless while making calls with limited at& t minutes.
I called a local number from vonage extensions app to see if it worked then checked my dashboard activity online to see if it registers but it didn't! I was still using my carrier for the calls. I phoned customer support and they advised me to use the access number first then the phone number. App is not reliable right now for me. Be careful making international calls!! You might see a huge phone bill from your carrier later! Vonage, please fix these issues!!!
I can't copy and paste the number. It is really difficult to dial. This app will need an real improvement. I can't delete the number in the middle.
Is this app work for Canadian customers?
It is nice app, but buggy. Sometimes, it places international calls directly from the cell phone, which results in unexpected charges on your cell phone bill.
I just got a call from AT& T for $300 about my international calling bill while using this app. I had stored my numbers with prefix of 011 as advised by Vonage. Not sure how the call got through via at& t with this prefixes. Is there a scam going on?????????? 2 star
This app uses the phone app to make a call and if the call doesn't go through it returns you to the phone app and not the Vonage app! If you have to dial another number after this you might mistakenly do so through your cell company. Just cost me $10 bucks :(
As noted by some reviewers there is a nasty bug. If your call does not go thru then you are no longer inside Vonage app. You end up in iphone's phone app. So if you call now thinking you are still in Vonage app then you are gone. You have to pay international call charges to your provider. Not sure why apple allowed this buggy software to release. Hope Vonage and app store moderators will do something soon.
Doesn't work on wifi - what's the pt then ? Rip off, misleading ( help says works over wifi and cell )
