Thanks to this stupid app my pone bill is over $400 this month ! Someone forgot to mention that it used actual minutes ....
This is the worst app ever know in app store does not work over wifi . If signal is down and if there is home wifi but can't call from this Vonage extension mobile app. Not fair do business but do not irritate loyal customers
What did we gain with this new app if it uses our cell phone minutes? Give us the old one back!
This is the worst app in my iPhone. It is so bad, that I am actually taking the time to write how bad it is. It takes for ever to place a phone call, sometimes it even ask for your password again. Contacts do not show right numbers.. How could this app exists??? The worst part is that I have to use it.
This app works using same contacts you have in your phone. If call does not go through it exits app and goes to ur regular contacts, If you redial thinking u r still using Vonage you will end up with huge bill like me. To my luck AT&T had an option of activating international calls immediately for same day that reduced my call charges to $10.
This app has a very costly bug. When used over wifi sometimes it directly calls the international number directly using my cellphone number instead of going through Vonage account like it usually does. I was charged $150 plus in international calls while still calling from US. I don't know what to do. Will Vonage Reimburse me? Will try calling Vonage and AT&T to resolve the bill. Works fine over 3G.
Installed. While dialing number, it keep displaying "calling...", but never calls.
The app dialed the international number using at&t. I got charged for international call. Beware always check the number on the native phone app before you put the phone to your ear.
