Fab new system! I have been lucky enough to use NVM for the past month and love it! It takes the pain out of reporting from a Management perspective, it's Customer focused as it allows the Agents to personalise the calls and it's easy and quick for the Agents to use. You could say it is an all round winner :)
Amazing! First time using the New Voice Media app and I've found it so easy to get to grips with! Great integration with Salesforce which makes reporting really simple.
