    Simon Singh - Amazing NVM Gets 5 Stars from me!! NVM has helped extremely with an improved insight into the department’s performance . The detailed reports provide me with accurate information on call volumes and trends, both as a team and individual agents.     Improved Performance Management NVM has really helped with the performance management of our team. We now have the ability to respond immediately to real time fluctuations in customer telephone contacts. Managing agent availability to meet the ever changing demands of our customers.

    Great tool This is a new tool for us but has proved easy to use. It links to our Salesforce platform and can tie quality assessment scores to cases. It gives us improved metrics and has added a lot of value for us.

    Review We have been using NVM for nearly a month now, and have had fantastic results. The Sales team and the managers are equally excited about this as it has made their life easier in a lot of ways. I recommend this product!

    NVM implementation So far NVM integrated into Salesforce has been easy to use without any difficulties. It also offers many more options which we will hopefully make use of in the future.

    Positive experience so far We only started using NVM but the whole implementation process went rather well, we appreciated the flexibility of the team right before go-live. I am convinced that the tool will add quite some value in the long run.
