We had a very pleasant dining experience. No complaints at all.
This was the first time I ever ate skate wing. It was really good. Every dish we had involved some unusual combinations of ingredients and it all tasted great. This is one of our favorite places.
We just shared the spinach and artichoke dip and had some drinks. They did not have Nordeast so that was disappointing since we both wanted that. The server was good, he showed up when we needed him, but didn't seem like he was annoying when we were talking. He was polite and made sure we were taken care of. The food was good. Only problem I had was that I had reservations for two and we got placed next to a table of 6 or so who were talking a lot and were not the quietest group ever. Stopped in to check it out. Enjoyed our dinner. Surprised at the limited menu. Pleased with gluten free options. Waiter was pleasant and attentive. Warm welcome. One of the table helpers was in a sad or bad mood and didn't want to be there.
Waitress was great............very attuned to our situation (we had to attend a concert post-dinner).
Another fine experience at WA. We had the mushroom soup which was extremely flavorful, winter green salad was a great mix of frisee, red oak lettuce, apple, goat cheese plus more was perfect. The potato crusted haddock was wonderful. Efficient, pleasant service. We sat by the fire place in the smaller dining area and it was quiet & cozy. One of the best dining experiences I have ever had!

Each time we go to WA Frost we like it more. Can't wait until summer to try sitting on their deck. The food is amazing, great service and the building is beautiful.
