I loved the atmosphere the moment we walked into the restaurant, it is phenomenal. Our server was excellent and knew the dishes extremely well as we had quite a few questions. The King Salmon with warm cucumbers was delicious and the vegetarian menu satisfied our non-meat eater to a tee. Will return to try other epicurean delights.

Great experience except they are pretty proud of their wine prices. Not a place we can afford very often but when we do go there the experience has been good,

We don't usually think of WA Frost as a in and out quick dinner place, but this night it totally worked. We had a lot to celebrate and nothing at home to eat. I got a Fried Oyster Po'Boy and my wife got soup. We got out of there for less than $30 including tip. Amazing!! and it was fun. Great food, easy to get to and if you don't want to eat outside right now, it was super quick to get a seat.

For my 5 year anniversary I took my wife here for the first time and it was a bet romantic setting. The food is not the best that I've ever had but the atmosphere was nice. I recommend wa frost for special occasions but I can't see myself going back unless there were something to celebrate because for the price you pay, you don't really get that much. It's quite spendy but we had a real good time.

Being from out of state I was a little skeptical, but trusted my friend's advice. Incredible food, beautiful weather to enjoy outdoor dining, and amazing architecture and history in this area of St. Paul. Definitely will visit again if in the area.

My wife and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary as a special event before going to a play. We were disappointed that we couldn't eat outside, and were one of four people inside for most of the time we were there. It certainly is a appropriate place to celebrate any major event and for the most part was fairly quiet. We did have a "business dinner" right next to us with one of the parties rather exercised about some development and was distracting at times, but we were too far into the dinner to ask to be moved. the service can be hit or miss. Our server himself was just fine, but we waited way too long for our food to come out. He had to come and apologize for the delay. I've had that happen before at this restaurant. This is something they need to improve.
