The thing I love about Wag, is their commitment to bringing their best all of the time. Whether it be boarding, all day play, or grooming the staff is absolutely amazing with my little puppy daughter and makes me feel like I am leaving my pooch with people who really care. I HIGHLY recommend setting an appointment with *RACHEL* for grooming. My doggy is 6 years old but Rachel leaves her looking like she did when she was a little baby. I can't walk the block without getting stopped by a neighbor. Love them!

Hey this is Giggles. I am a 5 lb Yorkie who loves to visit Rachel at Wag Hotels for a fresh cut. Rachel gives me lots of love and is so gentle with me. I know she does a great job 'cuz my mom won't stop bragging about how cute I look after I am groomed. If you are looking for a really sweet groomer to visit, I don't mind sharing Rachel with you.

I have been taking the boys to Wag for years, first in SF but lately in Oakland. I always feel very comfortable that my little ones are well taken care of and loved on when they board. I also take the monsters in for grooming. Rachel is my groomer and she is amazing. I have a yorkie and a porkie (pom/york). My pork's hair grows like weeds. Rachel has it completely under control. I've been using Wag Hotels for my boarding and grooming needs and I highly recommend them. I take my doggo daughter Cupcake there to get groomed by Rachel and she always keeps her so fresh and so clean. I've tried a few groomers in both SF and Oakland and I have to say Rachel is my favorite. Can't see myself going anywhere else.

Wag hotels has been a second home to my baby girl for some time now so this review is long overdue! A special shout-out to Rachel for the bomb grooming services. She's kind, attentive, and most importantly Chloe loves visiting her ! I wouldn't trust anyone else to trim my fur-baby at this point.

I have been coming to Rachel for Boon's grooming needs for about 3 years now. She was recommended to me by one of our walkers clients. She is SO great with my anxious dog and always does an amazing job. I've gone to many other groomers in the past, but none have shown the level of quality that Rachel does. I am so thankful for her!

We've been taking our pup to Wag for grooming for the past 4 years and couldn't be happier with the level of service and pampering our pup gets from Rachel. Our pup always looks amazing, comes home squeaky clean and is happier after each grooming session. Highly recommend Rachel... so glad we found her!
