I love this place for their professionalism, friendliness, and patience. It was my first time getting my puppy groomed at Wag and they truly placed me with the best groomer possible, Rachel. She took her time giving my puppy, a toy golden doodle, the time he deserved to get just the right doodle cut. She listened to my requests, understood my concerns when I said he had been previously shaved without any notice somewhere else. We've has our somewhat nervous little dog stay at Wag for a couple of weekends. The staff has been caring and fantastic and we've retrieved Posey with no sign of trouble (which is more than I can say about other places we've tried). We love the "extras" which, yes, do cost extra but are very nice touches for Posey. Everyone who works there seems to genuinely enjoy dogs which is fantastic. Being a new member to Wags I haven't run into any negative situations. The owner and staff are super attentive to their clients. They took the time to explain my options that would best suit my fur baby. They remembered her name which made me so happy. The website is super easy to navigate through and their response time to my emails are super efficient. My dog has been going to Wag since he was a 8-week old puppy, starting with the puppy socials (which were free) and then day care prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. I've also been taking him to Wag for grooming, specifically to Rachel. She always does an amazing job with the haircut and is super nice and accommodating! My dog has a severe trachea collapse and has issues breathing when he is anxious, and going to a groomer is stressful for him. I started taking my dog to get groomed here and I have nothing but good things to say about Rachel! She does an amazing job and I trust her professional judgement. My husband and I have never had a long haired dog before and Rachel has provided excellent recommendations each time we visit. The rest of the staff is always warm and friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my dog here for both grooming and all day play.

Two paws up for Wag. Our high spirited dog Ted has had many long boarding stays there over the past few years and we have been really pleased with the friendly service and felt that our pup was in great hands. He always gets really excited when we drive into the parking area too which makes us think he looks forward to his vacations with his Wag friends. This review is for the groomer Rachel. I've been bringing my baby Rebel to Rachel for regular grooming sessions (baths, nail trims and cuts) for the past two years. Rebel is a very fluffy corgi/aussie mix, is super spunky and she is a bit of a nut sometimes. BUT Rachel is always so sweet and takes such good care of her. I've been taking my dog here for more than two years and always love how Rachel (the groomer) cuts my dogs hair. She already knows how to groom my dog after coming here frequently and I trust her. If you're looking for a clean, reliable and talented groomer I recommend Rachel.
