Our dog loves Wag Hotels for both boarding and grooming. We've been patrons since 2016. The staff is always attentive and kind there. We just adore Rachel, the groomer. She is so skilled and loving to the animals. You can tell all her doggie clients all love her back. We won't see anyone else for grooming. There are, surprisingly, lots of unkind groomers who should not be working with animals. :-( We're so glad to know someone who is both compassionate towards animals and is a very skilled groomer.

We have been taking our mini-poodle, Claire, for grooming here for the past few years. The reason is Rachel who grooms Claire so she looks super cute afterwards. Rachel's gentle manner with Claire, who gets very nervous with strangers, is also another reason we keep coming back. The front office staff is always friendly, too, in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Ever since our little pup, Peanut was born, we only had one groomer, which is Rachel. The first time Peanut got a haircut, she was super adorable. We live in San Francisco and Rachel worked at the SF Wags at the time. We heard she transferred to the Wags in Oakland, we commuted each time. 4 years later and Rachel still grooms Peanut. Rachel is a hard worker, very kind to our little Peanut, and super friendly. We don't trust anyone else with our pup!

We love taking our Doodle, Eddy, to Wag Hotel. It's a great place for him to socialize, and the staff are always caring and friendly. We especially appreciate Rachel, who does grooming for our dog. His hair gets long and matted and she does a superb job with his cut each and every time. Eddy can also be nervous around people, but Rachel is so good with dogs. He is always comfortable with her. Can't recommend them enough!

Wag Hotel is the best- Thai always feel safe and comes home looking amazing after her grooming. Rachel does a amazing job! She give special care to Thai - who is a senior and is sensitive to people approaching her. I am a satisfied customer and I appreciate the great care they give Thai!

My mini schnauzer, Lola, is my entire world. I've always been selective of the people responsible for her care, especially groomers. We've lived on the east coast and west coast, so we've seen our fair share of groomers over the years. It's not even close, Rachel is the absolute best groomer, period. Like most dogs, my Lola's not a big fan of bath time. After only a few grooms, Rachel had developed such a special bond with Lola. We love Wag Hotels! The staff is so friendly and they always remember our Meteo. I've written a review in the past but wanted to add another review for Rachel who is the groomer at Wag. She has done a great job with our 14.5 year old Coton de Tulear, Meteo. She's so accommodating knowing he's an older dog and is so gentle with him. He comes home looking so handsome! Thankful to the Wag Hotel family for taking care of our pup.

The thing I love about Wag, is their commitment to bringing their best all of the time. Whether it be boarding, all day play, or grooming the staff is absolutely amazing with my little puppy daughter and makes me feel like I am leaving my pooch with people who really care. I HIGHLY recommend setting an appointment with *RACHEL* for grooming. My doggy is 6 years old but Rachel leaves her looking like she did when she was a little baby. I can't walk the block without getting stopped by a neighbor. Love them!

Hey this is Giggles. I am a 5 lb Yorkie who loves to visit Rachel at Wag Hotels for a fresh cut. Rachel gives me lots of love and is so gentle with me. I know she does a great job 'cuz my mom won't stop bragging about how cute I look after I am groomed. If you are looking for a really sweet groomer to visit, I don't mind sharing Rachel with you.
