I do not recommend They don't seem to care as much about dogs and not so welcoming in the first visit despite the fact that my dog had so much anxiety. It might work for some dogs or owners.

not a good experience with my dog's first stay. i wont take my dog again there. it was his nightmare. The only good thing was they were responsive on the phone and they had camera to watch your dog only during all day play. To say that the Wag Hotel was absolutely horrible would be an understatement. The conditions were unsanitary, unsafe, and traumatizing. When I spoke to Wag staff on the phone, they made it sound like the dogs would have access to the outside to go to the bathroom, but instead all the dogs urinated and defecated on the FLOOR. You can, for an additional cost, add on "strolls" to your stay, where they walk your dog outside, but we saw no grass areas in or around the facilities to walk them, except for right by the highway. ... read more

**NEWEST UPDATE*** Wag is not admitting any fault to my dog getting parvo. When I asked if they notified any of the dog owners from my dog being parvo positive at their facility they said they did not let anyone know. I asked if that's part of their policy to not let owners know when they put people's dogs at risk? She said she's new and isn't aware of any policies. Parvo has a 3-7 day incubation period. Their website brags about themselves ad nauseam but there are no prices, and it wants to fill out pages of information when you have no idea what they charge. Then if you can find their phone number it rings off the hook and then hangs up on you. If you can't trust someone to pick up the phone, how can you trust them to take care of your dog?
Updated review- Overall has been an okay experience, however today (2/9) has me a little conflicted about communication. I had to take Yuna last minute to all day play which Wag will graciously accept walk-ins if your pup already has previously gone to Wag. Around 12pm was the first time I was able to check on their WagCam to see how Yuna was doing and I saw her in the kennel which I thought was okay, she can get overstimulated or overwhelmed. dont take your dog here they are very aggressive with the animals when they put them in the back the dogs bark and they yell and scream at the dogs when they all start barking it wouldnt surprise me if they even hit the dogs... i wouldn't recommend anyone taking their pets to this place....

I recently looked at booking this hotel on 12/14/2022 due to travel Plan I have for 12/20/2022 and confirmed a booking but I never received any type of confirmation.
