Hands down the best place to take my dog!! Our local daycare closed down earlier this year (thanks Covid ‍) so we needed a new place for our baby to stay social and to stay for when the world opens ups again. I love that there is a human in with the pups to give them scritches but basically just makes sure they are all on good behavior. Management is top notch too! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!

I've been going here for almost half a year to get my dog groomed and I always go to Elaina. Imo, she is the best and super easy to talk to!! My dog had a bad experience with a previous dog salon and hates being somewhere unfamiliar for so long but hes been pretty good here! He allows her to do what she needs to but does make it slightly difficult for her unfortunately. Despite that though, he always comes out looking amazing and feeling super soft. Dropped of my love off at All day play. Staff and management extended a warm welcome For me, watching through the window all dogs hanging out together, socializing. Just in awe!

I recently tried Wag Hotels for grooming and I was really pleased with the haircut and a tooth brushing for my AussieDoodle puppy, Mochi. Easy drop off and pickup with the drive through in front and my puppy came home happy, smelling great, shiny teeth and nicely groomed. I went with the groomers suggestion for her hair length and felt it was perfect! In total it took about 3 hours. Thank you Wag for taking such great care of Mochi and making her look so well groomed! I live in Rohnert Park, CA and recently had to use an out-of-the-area boarding service for my pet. Jennifer D. at the WAGS Hotel in Santa Clara, CA made what could've been a stressful experience a most pleasant one. She was friendly and efficiently got me checked in. That she kept a smile on her face in the middle of the lobby chaos is worthy of kudos.

I was apprehensive about daycare for my pup, but she loves going to wag. As soon as we turn the corner she starts whining and jumping around in the car. I pull up and get greeted by Jen , jay, Aileen or Christine. The rest of the staff is also very friendly, we love Wag , thank you for taking care of my pup.

Wag, especially in the past year under Covid restrictions, has been such a great way to keep my two dogs socialized, exercised and when needed, a safe place to board where the staff is always friendly, and no matter what special needs either of my dogs may have, they can handle it. I even boarded my cat there for a week while in the midst of a move, and he was so happy with all of the attention. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been using them since November of last year and they have become family. My boy Loki absolutely loves it and they have reinforced all the training that he has had. The socialization he gets is amazing as well. I was in a very serious car accident while on my way to take Loki to day care. Wag employees came and got Loki and took him to the vet for me and everything. This place goes above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and take your fur baby here, they'll love it!
