Update: Wag reached out to me to apologize for the unpleasant experience and Jinx has seen Eliana one more time since the poor cut we got. Jinx was well taken care of and everything went smoothly. Adding a star and will return ... Eliana is still the best groomer we've had to date!

Perfect place for our fur baby to interact with other dogs! She doesn't do well in dog parks but daycare was a perfect fit for her! She loves the ice cream sundaes and you can even leave food for lunch or dinner! Huge Thank you to Anthony for teaching our dog new tricks and helping her to to stay calm!

Took a chance on a new doggy day care for my pup, Neno. He is typically described as hyper-active, and so some places just aren't equipped to handle him. Which is why my partner & I were pleasantly surprised to get nothing but positive reviews! The staff was so patient and caring with all of our questions and let us know that we could monitor him on their Wag Cam, which was such an added bonus. We will definitely be bringing Neno back!

My dog had a great stay at Wag. Lots of services you can taylor to your needs! The staff was great, my dog came home happy, and the process was easy. We will be back.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, it was fun having access to video of our dog, and the facilities while not perfect (and seem somewhat older) are good enough to fit our needs. Also their offer for a free first and second visit was awesome! However, they send pictures of your dog each day, and on BOTH days our dog stayed (he went for 2 days) we received a picture of the wrong dog! I gave 5 stars only because 10 wasn't available. I love the friendly staff and the ease of the drive through. I use the grooming services and couldn't be happier. I drive 20 minutes just to use their services. :)

The price is well worth it. I love that I'm able to use the WAGcam to see my furbaby and have their own cute little suite. They are very clean. I was very impress. The customer service is great and very patient. I love a place that cares.

We needed a new place to board our sweet lil doggie in the Bay Area, and my husband saw the WAG building one day while driving on 101, so we decided to give them a try. So glad we did! Our lil princess isn't overly fond of playing with other dogs, but she still has a great time when we drop her off for daycare. Always tired, always happy! We know they're treating her right, because we get to watch her on the WAGcam via the WAG app (so nice). We tried the boarding option this last weekend, and got her an Ultra Suite. Wag Hotels Santa Clara is my dog's home away from home. When I first brought my pup to Wag, he was not very socialized or friendly. The loving staff has taken him under their wings and loved him like their own, often giving him specialized treatment to suit his particular needs. The staff at Wag are all very friendly and most importantly, they love their guests and will bend over backward to make sure every guest is cared for, comfortable and happy!
