My dog did not wanna go home after all day play. This place is very clean with good staff. My puppy always comes back home tired from playing. You could also use their website to watch them play from work or home when you miss them.

Well I have updated the comment since they have tried talk to me after the review. I got to know there is a wag cam that you can access from web . I have tried the service Again and as I said earlier it is very easy to book and they give long hours of care. It would have been great if they have half day options with less pricibg Pros: Easy pick up and drop off and drop off and got first day package . Very accommodative. Before COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, the staff was very professional and knew my two small maltipoos by name and their needs. I loved the staff so much I gifted them with treats and catered lunches. Since the lockdown the staff has been replaced by people who seem to be non experienced non dog lovers who are not trained nor do not check the system to familiarize themselves with the needs of my dogs. Nic is fabulous. Our dog is afraid to her her nails cut she's always very nervous after being hurt at another establishment . Nic is kind and takes his time with her she comes out super happy and relaxed.

I am a nurse, working 8-14 hour days, and at times 60 hour work weeks. I am a single dog mom, and without Wag hotels, I wouldn't be able to have a dog with my schedule. I pay for the monthly daycare package and am able to drop Everest off early and pick him up late, without being charged extra. Wag Hotels is the best!! The people there are so caring! I've been to other boarding locations and this is by far the best. They clearly loved my dogs--who were very sorry to leave. They were attentive, gave me reports on my dogs, called me to let me know about a change in food (that I had already authorized) just to double check. You will not get that level of care in the other well known facilities I've used. Also great with masks/social distancing--you stay in your car and they pick up and deliver your pet.

We are evacuated due to the fires in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Wag took our 2 dogs for a week for free! Not only did they love on them, they gave them baths, free play time and really just took the best care of them. We were crying on the phone as we tried to pay for some of it, and they wouldn't let us. I am so very thankful, having 2 dogs in a hotel would have been so hard, and they made this part of being evacuated easy and amazing. The Staff at Wag Hotel in Santa Clara is awesome. Facility is great. We've loved taking our two dogs there. We were doing a remodel and needed a place to take them daily. They do a wonderful job of looking after them and taking an interest in knowing them too. Everyday at pick up we got a story of what the dogs did that day. It was great to hear! We highly recommend them!

I am very grateful this location remained open during the peak of Shelter in Place. For essential workers whose pets is their family, this was a relief to have this support during this time. The staff treat my dog as one of their own and it's very clear they do their best to keep the staff and clients (2 or 4 legs) safe.
