We have had the same Pet Groomer for a decade.... they were NOT available due to COVID-19, so we went to WAG in Santa Clara where our doogles had stayed a couple of times. We just picked them up a few minutes ago and they were so happy. Elaina (the groomer) did an absolutely fantastic job, they were calm and happy. And the grooming job was beautiful!!! Thank you Elaina!

The staff at Wag have been amazing! My pup's regular daycare closed and this place saved me as I still work full-time. Luna is always super excited to see them and is tired and happy when I pick her up. They have been mindful of COVID precautions and I appreciate their flexibility with my hours. It makes me feel good to leave my pup with people who will keep her safe and give her lots of love! Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Wags Hotel since my German Shepard pup was 8 months, and she's loved it ever since. The staff has been extremely helpful with any concerns, addressing my dogs needs. Accommodating any food allergies, medication, and making sure my pup is overall comfortable. They also have a camera in the all day playrooms where I'm able to check up on her periodically. - making me feel at ease. I highly recommended this day care for your fury babies.

My dog has been going to all day play at Wag and he is loving it! The staff does a great job of making sure the pups are playing appropriately and intervening when necessary. Extra points for having a webcam accessible at all times - I love being able to check in. The facility is also very clean compared to other places he's boarded - he does not come home smelling like urine. All in all, I would 100% recommend Wag if you're looking for a place to host your pup!

Their grooming service is impeccable! I love the incredible job they do with my puppy luvs! She always comes out like amazing and has a happy disposition. I appreciate how they make an effort to help my dog feel comfortable and safe! There was a time that my dog had a not so great experience and we brought her back, to which they took care of her right away! Wag Hotels grooming service- wonderful. They're room and board is great as well!

I have used Wag hotels for the boarding of three dogs and a cat over the past fours years. My elderly Golden Retriever was treated with grace. My dachshund was the hit of puppy playtime. My newest sheltie puppy was carefully introduced to many new friends. I have always been happy with the care given to all my pets. My aloof kitty even received the best of care, enjoying a penthouse accommodation, complete with window to the lobby. I have a crazy schedule at work that usually doesn't leave me much time to plan for dog walkers or elaborate plans for my pup Max. Wag hotels has saved me on so many days where I wanted to make sure Max got all his energy out while being safe and cared for. I've been using wag hotels for a year now and there is not one bad thing I can say about this place. The daily report cards are great and shows that the staff really cares and pay attention to what your dog is up to. 5 stars all the way.
