I tried to leave a review last November and it was never posted. I am leaving 3 stars now in the hope of leaving a review that will be viewed. It use to be a top place to board. I noticed a change after Covid. You can no longer enter the lobby. Someone must come out and get your dog. It also has a phone number to call if no one is at Lobby desk. They seem to be short handed. The last time I picked up my dog they brought him to my car with poop all over his rump. This would never have happened before... read more

I've been going to Wag Hotels to get my dog groomed for several years now. Elaina is the best groomer! She is super kind and so sweet to my dog, Jiji. She always does a great job at cutting Jiji's fur, and she's attentive to her skin health. Because Jiji has a lot of sebaceous adenomas, it can be difficult to find someone who is aware and cautious about grooming, and Elaina is awesome at doing so. Wow, thank you wag hotels for taking really good care of my fur babies! I have 6 cats that I needed to find a daycare for, very last minute. My house was scheduled to be fumigated so I was looking for something that was cat friendly & wasn't boarding since I just needed them to be taken care of throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this location. They were quick with first time turn around after submitting my paper work for my dog. They treated Winston so well ! He made some friends !

I have a lot of thanks and appreciation for the team at Wag. A few months ago, we were evacuated due to nearby fires. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate again because the fire had grown. This was extremely unsettling and we were running out of options about where my family and our cat could go. A family member mentioned that we should check out Wag. I switched dog groomers during Covid because of the drive through services. I will continue to use Wags spa because of the great service and the really nice people!!
Love the fact that dogs can be together without feeling threatened. Play together as a pack of friends not at home being lonely
