From day 1, Pooch Hotel has been wonderful! Very friendly welcoming staff. BeBop can’t wait to get to daycare. He knows exactly where we’re headed and practically runs the whole mile there. Love it. I also like that there are cameras in the rooms so you can check out your pup throughout the day. Highly recommend (which I have already!) for anyone looking for a great environment for your dog.

I was kept updated regarding my pets health and experience; able to view my pet on the webcam provided; and loved the caring, kind, attentive and courteous staff at drop off, and pick up. My pet had a few special needs that were considered and taken care of. Was very pleased with his care.
