We have been boarding our dog, Einstein, since he was a pup. He is nowalmost 13 years old. Pooch Hotel is the onley place he has been boarded. Ths last time he stayed at Pooch Hptel for 23 days while my husband had a hip replacement and did home recovery. While Einstein was there we got periodic updates on how he was doing as well as adorable pictures of him. If there was a problem, they called immediately (food, etc.). We love our dog and would not trust anyone else to take care of him. They are the best!
Great experience! My dogs are not always on their best behavior. So, I really appreciate how patient and professional the entire staff has been with them. Thank you!

Pooch Hotel is the best! Our basset hound has been attending day care at the West Loop location regularly for the last six months, since he was 5 months old. He has tons of puppy energy, and was initially causing some aggravation to some of the older dogs, but the staff at Pooch Hotel were fully committed to having Bertie fit in so that everybody would feel comfortable and have a nice time. Our dog Kang loves to go West Loop for day care. Kang is always so excited when I drop him off. We like that we can watch him and he always plays a lot and has a lot of fun. The people at Pooch Hotel doing such a great job and are all super nice. We brought Kang a couple of times for boarding too and we knew he is in good hands.

We were referred to the Pooch Hotel by our vet after our dog sitter canceled on us right before Christmas. They were able to squeeze in our dog, Rizzie last minute for a full week and made the application process very easy for us. Throughout her stay, they sent me "pupdates" and I was able to watch her in playgroup through a webcam everyday. I checked in on the camera several times a day to see how she was doing.
