Jack was a great loan officer to work with. He helped me every step of the way while I refinanced my house. He was attentive on my case. I would email, call, or send Jack messages and he would get back to my quickly (early morning to late at night). I highly recommend him to everyone.

I closed two refis with Shawn in the past several years. Both times he and his team were personable, professional, and super easy to work with. Both times there were no surprises and both loans closed quicker than anticipated. Two of my siblings also worked with Shawn and also had a great experience. Extremely happy with the work Wes and Grant put in. I am a first time buyer and they guided me through the whole process. Closed earlier than promised. Were always there to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be contacting them in the future for refinancing/new purchases.
