The subscription fee was charged on May 2nd and here it is May 24th and I still haven’t received my watch. This is complete crap. I will be cancelling this membership ASAP.

Great concept, miserable execution and worse customer service. As seen in the photo, the shipping label was created by Watch Gang on the 14th, 10 days later and it hasn’t shipped or updated. Several chats with customer service did nothing to fix the problem... or even attempt please the customer. Bottom line, it doesn’t matter that it’s sitting somewhere along the line. it is a scame they buy cheap watches in bulk then they make a website with an inflated price sobyou thinking your getting a decent watch the watches aren't really worth anything at all you can't even give them away

They send you the same brands back to back. The experience you will get is not what's advertised. Save your money and buy a watch you want and join an online watch group that is free. Their Facebook watch exchange group is so heavily moderated now it's worthless.
The Watch...what they sent is a regular fuckall watch...What they show is different
