To be honest there's a lot I can say about this place and to me everything was extremely positive from nurses. And from all the nurses assistants who did an incredible job I could name so many. I want to thank the facility for really taking care of me from all staff I mean all staff thank you really. Luis duarte. But everyone called me Lulu.

CNAs Are Attentive. Especially Swana...I am rehabbing for my heart and they are doing PT and OT Five Times a week...It is a palace compared to the one in Colton that was a Covid factory.

This is all review of the casino trip to San Manuel. The staff was real cool joing us for our lunch then escorted us around to play the games. I also wanted to thank all the staff that helped us all get there and have a good time. Thank you Araceli (DSD) my chaperone! Thalia activities director for helping coordinating this trip, isabel social worker, chasity, & cheri! ​​

This review is particularly on the cutting they took us on to the casino. Boy we had a wonderful time with the staff. We were treated like family with them paying for our lunch and escorting us around the facility to play or do anything we wanted all day.

I at times did not really understand how really hard these nurses work and I like to say sorry to three social workers for cussing and talking smack because I felt they were out to get me. The director Henry has a lot of patience and really did not want me to leave that I should be doing therapy thank u Henry! Regina head of nurses is so real and no bs she wants you to get well and wants best for you thank u Henry and Regina

I'm really not the type to write reviews, ever, but I saw a cpl 1-star reviews below and, well....you're welcome. I initially wasn't looking forward to staying here, tbh. I had done a very quick lookup on Google and Yelp and decided I'd read all I needed to know to pre-judge this place pretty effectively. My left foot was amputated and I had a wound vac on my foot. I have been here at Waterman Canyon Post Acute for about 2 years now. I have been treated very well by the nurses and the Rehab dept. is super. I would like to give a special shout out to Ms. Salome from Guest Services. She is very kind and great at her job. I wish there were more people with her work ethic.

As an employee here, your treated like family. I love the environment, it's a very homey feel. Guest services deserves a shoutout especially Ms.Salome she's so attentive to all residents and their needs

This facility is very clean and the staff members are very nice. They provide quality care and are always doing fun things for the residents. I highly recommend this place to rehabilitate yourself or your loved one. The admissions team is great especially Lome. She always goes above and beyond for the residents.
