We had a excellent experience refinancing our home with Watermark Home Loans. Jennifer Chang was our loan officer with Watermark Home Loans. We didn't find her, we just filled out a questionnaire online, and the next thing we knew Jennifer reached out to us. It was a pleasure to work with Kory Matthys on our refinance. The underwriting process took a while longer than expected, but Kory ensured that it all worked out. This was our first time working with through an online broker, and Kory was certainly more responsive than the busy local lender we worked with previously, and not pushy at all.

The hardest part for me in refinance processes is understanding the costs and how it affects my loan and out of pocket expenses.Cathy did a great job in meeting my expectations (zero cost refi) and was very accurate from the first quotes to the final loan funding.I recommend her for anyone looking to refinance.

The loan agent was very diligent, communicated clearly and followed promptly to close the refinance loan. I would recommend this agent to any one. He was not in a hurry to close the loan, but rather patient enough to do what is best for the customer.

I refinanced twice with Watermark within a period of about 8 months. Both times, it was an easy and painless experience. They came through with all of the terms that they promised. Kory Matthys is an excellent mortgage banker. He was helpful, responsive and straight forward throughout the loan process.
