Cathy Dragna and Watermark were excellent to work with. They made the process quick and easy. We felt they always answered our questions immediately while keeping us updated on our loan process at all times. It was nice to work with people that had a competitive program without any surprises.

I just did a refinance with watermark. Their rate is great. Ryan Sheets is my loan officer and he is very responsive and helpful, he took his words to close my loan within the planned closing date. The whole experience was good and efficient. I'd recommend working with Ryan and his team.

Cathy Dragna at Watermark Home Loans was great! She walked me thru the entire process, stayed in constant communication and made the whole process quick and painless. I wasn't besieged with a bunch of requests for additional information and my loan was approved in less than 10 days... funded in less than 30 days! And when it came time to sign all the loan docs, they even came to me... saving me time and hassle. I got great terms, great service, and I'm glad I called them.

I looked at several companies to refinance my home loan. Paul Graham of Watermark was very responsive and provided me the information I needed quickly. Unlike with some of the other companies I didn't feel like I was talking with a used car salesman.
