I can not say enough about Sue Botelho - she was patient while I was selling one house and buying another in a month's time, she gave me checklists so that I knew exactly what documentation was to be provided which in turn made for a smoother house transaction, Waterstone had videos specific to me as the customer which made me feel appreciated, she kept me in the loop with constant emails or communication so I didn't have to guess or call her to find out what was going on, and through it all always a pleasant demeanor.
