After speaking with several lenders in town, Sue was able to utilize her expertise to "work her magic" and get my daughter's home loan approved when no one else could! She found the perfect loan program that fit her needs. Trust me - my daughter's scenario was not the easiest to work with but Sue made it happen. Sue was very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing my new home, always available to answer my questions. Very professional and helpful. I originally started a loan w/ Wells Fargo. The loan was approved, however, the condo association, Indian Lake in Destin, was not. So, I called my real estate agent to tell her that I would not be able to purchase the condo. She asked me to please call Sue and tell her what I was experiencing. I did.
