Dennis has been our lender for our original mortgage and then again when we refinanced. Not only did he go over and above, he stayed in constant contact with us and treated us like family. We where active duty during our first mortgage and living across the state when we started the process of buying a house. I have worked with Gwen twice now. The first time purchasing my home, and the second after a separation a refinance. The first time, I felt so at ease about the process, but wondered is this normal for it to be this easy? Due to Gwen's quick availability and pre approval letter we were able to put in an offer on our first home in the same evening we saw it. Because of her nontraditional work hours and work ethic we got an amazing deal quickly and are now settling into a dream of a first home that we can grow into!
