Gwen was more than knowledgeable about plans and programs that no one else mentioned resulting in my saving thousands in interest, payments and closing costs. Gwen was amazing to work with. She was so quick to respond to us, and kept us updated during the whole refinance process. My husband and I wanted to refinance to a conventional loan to get out of an FHA loan with mortgage insurance, but we were not sure if it was possible.
