RecommendedHad a wonderful experience today in Kokomo, In. Myself and two children all walked in at 5til 8 and were the 2,3, & 4th people to check in. The staff was so kind, even offering us drinks and gave my youngest a snack because he was starving after running out the door so quickly to beat the rush. We will def come back!

Went to Wellnow to get Covid testing for travel. Was extremely happy with the service and fast results. However I feel misled about the cost. The website leads you to believe that insurance covers everything. This isn’t exactly true, the cost of the testing is covered, but they also charge $145 for an office visit(which lasted less than 5 mins). My insurance company said that if I had gotten the test at a pharmacy or doctors office there is no charge. Should better disclosed.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Wellnow for Occupational Medicine Drug Testing. As a travel nurse of >8 yrs we are required to to complete drug testing for each new contract with any given hospital before being able to start the assignment. The turnaround time between submission and finalization of specimen is approx. 4-5 days, this is noted by Wellnow staff at time of submission together with being stated on the “chain of custody document” provided to the donor at time of submission. Place is awful! Don’t even waste your time!!! Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE. They lost my first test 8 days go by. No email nothing until I call ask them where are my test results. Went in a second time it’s been 3 days now from the second test with still no results.

Got tested Saturday morning, still have not received results. Reached out via email, no response. Called, the number hung up after 4 rings. My patient portal says my test hasn’t been received by a lab yet🤧 but they did have time to text me a survey
This place is god awful. How are you going to tell me I’m negative on a Covid test… GET MAD AT ME BECAUSE YOU DIDNT EVEN ASK MY NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH and I called you out on it. So you go “double check” and now there is no results?
