Waited for over 45 min outside for them to just “put my information in the system” and get a covid test (an hour after that) Front desk lacks professionalism and good customer service (didn’t mark the info you need to fill in on the sheets and then have you go out and refill the thing again do missing stuff) plus not friendly at all

I have a sore throat and had it for the past 5 days I already got a negative covid test back so I decided to go to an urgentcare to see if it's strep or just a cold. Iooked an appointment online for other urgentcare needs not covid related, registered online, when it came close to my time I got a text to say here when I arrived, sent the here text 15min before my appointment time, and received a text that I was checked in. walked in an hour before they closed with a lower back injury, which could barely walk. they said they aren't accepting walk ins and to come back in the morning. went back at10AM and they told me they aren't accepting walk ins the rest of the day (they close at 8 pm) and to make an online appointment. I go home to make an online appointment and I get told there are no online appointments and to walk in. so much for being "urgent"

COVID test is now 55 hours ago and still no results . We are assuming he is negative and will continue with our plans .. Shame shame!

Website promises PCR results within 24-48 hours (and says 100% are returned in that time frame). I’ve been waiting for 55 hours now with no update in over 24 hours in their portal.

On Christmas Eve I took my daughter to WellNow in O’Fallon. It just opened 5 weeks ago, and used to be a Med Express that we loved. We arrived at 3:10, and Google as well as the sign on the door said they closed at 4:00pm. No one in the waiting area and no cars in the parking lot.
