Both myself and mom feel they was a lot of miscommunication, documents overlocked and resubmitted, double work being done and not a ton of follow up and explaining. To many people were involved

There were way too many people contacting us for information. I felt we had to provide duplicate info. The numbers changed drastically from what Venessa told Sarah regarding closing costs. It was frustrating the pay off amt for the car kept changing up and down with each document and that a 10 day pay off couldn't be identified for better clarity at the end. it would be better for me to have a better understanding of all the players asking for info. There are two primary areas that I will remember about this process. The first is unexplained discrepancies with numbers - from initial estimates to final numbers. My wife was the one that called in about it. I was perhaps more blindly following along than I should have, and my wife caught this variance - my hope would be that the experts that I am relying on would be the ones who would see and understand why the numbers would show up differently, and give me the heads up. It felt like the terms of my loan were constantly changing. I know it was out of your control, but it made it hard to plan and budget. Originally, as well, I was told that we would be closing on January 10, but it took until the end of February. This lead to some major financial issues and increased costs for both Kendra and I,

Previously everything was very smooth, this time was no different! The newer member to the team made it a little problematic for our Insurance agent and often times I just reached out to someone else to help clarify things, but she was responsive and we got our house on time :) Thank you!

It took almost 90 days to get my refinance done. I had to start contacting him daily to make sure things kept moving along. I've used this provider in the past and it was a much better experience. I was charged an extension fee even though none of the rate extensions were my fault. I was given a small credit towards that, but it didn't cover even half the cost.

Tad was pleasant to work with but the refinance experience was terrible and lasted from August to the end of January. Documents that were sent ahead of time weren‚Äôt looked over until deadlines were due and sometimes they would need revising or something resubmitted so everything was at the very last minute and made us scramble to find documents by the next day. If we were told a ahead of time it wouldn‚Äôt have felt like such a chaotic rush.
