1. To make sure both the client and agent are on the same page, a verbal conference to go over the numbers to make sure the client agrees and to answer any questions the client may have. Then the agent summarizes with a bulletpoint email and receives a reply from client before updating the docusign.\n2. To prevent disruption of email flow, the agent might want to remove any multiple megabyte graphics to remove large data usage. I was unable to reply timely because of huge data usage which I removed.

Some associates were more helpful, but Lisa created aftificial crisis situations. We waited to deposit the gift money check and everything else after being told there was a correct order to do that stuff. By not informing us of the correct timing for depositing the gift money until it was too late to simply deposit the check we were forced to pay additional fees in the form of a cashiers check. She called to tell us that a cashiers would need to be taken care of asap (as in the next day) since we had waited too long to depos... read more

I really appreciate the grant I received. However, Michael was hard to reach. Didn't return calls as promised and wasn't polite. I don't appreciate the lack of communication and professionalism. Thankfully, I had a great support system who helped me understand the process otherwise my experience would've be horrible.

Been upfront with loan rates. Made things happen so we could actually have locked in when we were originally told. We also kept getting extra fees tacked on that were not originally disclosed.

No proactive contact for additional info or clarifications, which caused delays on several occasions. Bob didn‚Äôt seem to be kept in the loop. I never had any contact with the actual processor of the refi. All communication had to go through Bob and required follow ups to the processor that then had to be relayed to me. Processor /underwriter unfamiliar with basic financial terms regarding account beneficiary POD or trusts.

Answer questions and follow up on concerns promptly, give us a heads up personally when needing additional information rather than automated calls from LaCrosse asking for personal information. Get our names right‚Äîmisstated my wife‚Äôs name multiple times in multiple emails without an apology or correction‚Äîthis is our third loan with your company. Some personal treatment /care/concern would have been appreciated

Rich did an excellent job servicing our application. However, the process was extremely frustrating, to the point where we were about to pull out, even after spending $800 for an appraisal. GO Mortgage kept asking for more and more support documents, and we are a ZERO RISK loan. I feel very sorry for applicants who don't have the credit and assets we have.
