One major issue was my fiance was not added to the title as I requested, this was a very important detail and one of my main reasons to refinance. I caught the issue at signing, however this was very important to me and I shouldn't have to correct such a mistake. This was one of my two critical reasons for the refinance and the ball was dropped.

Soooo many issues from start to finish. Too much to put in here. Transaction took over 2 months, very little communication with Greg, his staff was rude on several occasions and did some sketchy stuff, mainly decreasing my commission without checking with me and also raising my client's rates at the very last minute & rushing closing less than a day before, seeming to keep us from catching these things in time. Horrible! May need to file complaints with Better Business Bureau & Banking Commission of Maryland if this doesn't ... read more

Had to request my attorney for closing twice. Closing documents had delayed closing fess, approximately $1900, that were added even though the delays were Go Mortgage generated. Robert stepped up and assisted in getting the charges removed so that closing could move forward. Took several months to close a refi with excellent credit. What would have made it better: correct CD, faster closing, not ignoring my attorney request, and most importantly NOT adding costs for delays caused by GO Mortgage.
