Dave was responsive in aspect of timeliness. He always called back when I reached out to him. The difficulty was feeling like an inconvenience during times that he would call back. I appreciated that he was willing to talk after traditional hours, but it was normally after saying something about being in the middle of something else. Not being lied to and not being treated in a condescending way in almost all the phone calls. Also having a better estimate on times each step will take. Lastly being told to sign a form that we and the loan officer knew had the wrong info on it that lead to our closing to be canceled. Over all one of the worst experiences in a professional setting I have ever had.

The only time I heard from the processor was when I initiated the contact. She never called or emailed with any type of introduction or offered any assistance other then when I questioned her. Your underwriting guidelines are too restrictive.

Prior to selecting Jennifer for my mortgage I told her I had a set budget for down payment, closing costs etc. I communicated my “all-in” number and told her I did not want an 11th hour surprise. She went on and on how she wouldn’t let that happen. Surprise, surprise at the 11th hour the closing costs come in $5k beyond my budget. She blames the builder and takes no responsibility but she (and Dustin) had ALL of the information.

Communicate to the loan seeker what computer program would be used by PRM to transmit documents requiring signature and insure that the loan seeker has the program installed and functioning prior to sending documents. For example, I did not have Adobe Reader installed on my computer until after we secured the refinance loan. This required us to make multiple trips to Lake Oswego to sign documents.

I was told the closing would be at my house then cancelled plans to go to office to sign documents. Asked the day before all set and was assured all good to go. I signed documents Friday and not one person followed up to see how it went. Today is Thursday and got a call again needed more paperwork signed. Called my work while out of town looking for me. Very unprofessional.
