Incomplete paperwork caused me to cancel my plans to eastern Oregon for the weekend. Had to stay home to sign papers at the last minute Thursday morning. I felt you could have communicated better to buyers regarding the closing day and time deadlines to close. I heard nothing about it until Tues prior to signing. No email or anything from your company. Not impressed with your service !

It took a long time after we were done with the closing for the payment to be wired for the mortgage - it would have been nice if that could have been done in a more timely manner.

Clear, concise outline of what the required documentation would be, and estimate of required due date for each in regards to closing. Was told I was unable to recast the mortgage, but would be able to apply any funds towards the loan before final home completion in order to reamortize the loan payments. Just before closing was told I wouldn’t be able to do so, and would have to refinance instead.

Overall we had a very good experience the team was very responsive and willing to make accommodations to support the process. The experience could be improved with a phone call at the outset to explain the process. The portal was not clear and it was not initially communicated that this would be a primary way for information to be collected so we should "keep track" of username/password information. That would be helpful to know upfront.
