Providing perspective on my experience. First, I purchased the highest end window model. After installed, I noticed that the windows had a gap at the top of each side of the window, which looks terrible (cheap) and this is just part of the design. This issue is not noticeable during the sales pitch since the window is not shown at the angle that shows this unsightly aesthetic issue, but clear once the windows are installed. All buyers be AWARE!!!! This company use practice of misleading the customers and providing false information during the sale. Salesman verbally sells one product and states that additional jobs, like replacing the rotten wood, adding insulation around the windows, will be done during installation. He does not mention all the details about additional jobs in the contract so when the customer has complain they simply say "Look at your contract, is that your signature? My husband and I wanted to order windows through Window Nation. We had someone come give us a quote and everything seemed great. We were forced to put a deposit down and signed the contract. We waited a weekend to discover that they were trying to get us two different loans. The product is not bad and if you get a good installer the experience can be good, but they screwed us over on the first install and never compensated us for the loss which they contractually were supposed to. Never bothered to see how second installation went and I had to clean every window with a razor to remove sticker and silicone residue.

If you are planning to use Window Nation to replace the windows in your home, here is a cautionary story. We contracted with Window Nation (WN) to replace ALL the windows in our house in Villanova, PA in March of 2022. A nearly $40,000 job. The replacement windows were so sub-standard that they all need to be replaced. DO NOT USE WINDOW NATION! We have never worked with a more incompetent company from management all the way down to their installers. their online support is a scam, they will not answer questions and seek only to get your phone number. If you push them on your questions they end the chat conversation. Fake operation.
