Don't let these people in your house. They will never leave unless you kick them out. Had window nation here tonight to give me an estimate. I was told ahead of time that I had to guarantee an hour. I said okay. Salesman comes and tells me, oh no, it's going to take longer than that. Had to listen to a prescripted spiel from him, and I told him to go measure the windows. He said, let me do my job first. Then he measures. then we have to listen to him read off of another script. Think about a power point that presenters read ... read more

Window Nation Destroyed My Home ! Even worse they did it over the holidays and then ghosted me! What a horrible company don't ever do business with them. I have windows that are not straight, gaps between the wall and the windows. Air/drafts around my windows. Even the plant Manager Dan Crawford came out to my home and was shocked at the workmanship. Started this in july, replaced all but one window which they measured wrong. It is now Jan and they have been to my home three times with the wrong size windows, Customer service just does nothing for me, been told at least three times a manager would be calling and never does. At this point I think I will have to go to small claims and start a law suit. I recommend staying far away from this company as they couldn't care less about you.

The high pressure "Car Dealer" style sakes tactics wete very outdated for an informed buyer and the crazy quote, that required calls to managers and "must sign today." I would not recomend this company due to the appearance of deception at the start.

Only focused on getting your personal information rather than actually talking about the project and how many windows you need replaced. Complete waste of time and very poor first impression. The sales guy called and wanted to know the name, phone number, email address of all members in the house and did not want to talk about the project unless I am ok to share everyone's personal information.

Salesman named "Mark" for the DC, MD, VA region. This is not my first rodeo with replacing windows. I've used several companies for different properties in different areas. First off, Mark initially came in to tell me how expensive this process is and assumed what I could and couldn't afford, having no idea about budget. There are so many things wrong with this company! First, they required an hour to do their estimate. 2 1/2 hours later, on a Friday night, the guy finally left! During the estimate, they forgot a window and had to redo the estimate. They pestered me for my HOA letter, calling weekly, despite the fact I had no control over it. When I set up my window replacement (in March), I told them I would not do the project until August when we got back from vacation. Had my windows done last year the work was good. They didnt stand up to their contract. I was told if I found a cheaper price they would honor but the didn't it was a 5 g difference. They gave me the run around.I filed with the BBB. They aren't a honest company.
